Job Description
- Produce and deliver detailed HVAC drawings (layouts, schematics, installation designs) using Revit in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Manage all drafting documentation including RFIs, schedules, revisions, and drawing registers to support project delivery
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, site teams, and external consultants to ensure accurate and coordinated designs
- Conduct quality checks on all drawings to ensure compliance with standards, accuracy, and constructability before release
- Provide technical support to construction teams, including resolving design queries and assisting with approvals prior to fabrication
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements across all drafting activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing drafting processes, maintaining standards, and staying up to date with industry best practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Draftsperson should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting (ideally within HVAC or mechanical services)
- Experience using Revit (3D modelling preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
