- Assist customers in a leading automotive dealership group as a Parts Interpreter or Counter Advisor.
- Manage customer inquiries, job cards, and parts ordering efficiently.
- Promote parts sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
For a Light Vehicle Spare Parts Interpreter OR Counter Advisor to assist customers within the regions leading automotive dealership group.
- Requires: Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles, No Sponsorship on offer.
- Salary guide: $55,000 - $60,000 per annum.
Relocation assistance for the right candidate - Location: North West region of New South Wales.
Your normal day will involve:
- Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries from customers and colleagues, offering guidance on available parts, pricing, and compatibility.
- Job Cards: Raising job cards and processing orders for parts and ensuring accurate and timeous documentation and inventory management.
- Parts Ordering: Sourcing parts from suppliers, coordinating delivery timelines, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of orders.
- Sales Support: Proactively promoting parts sales, offering upselling opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
