Your normal day will involve:
- Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries from customers and colleagues, offering guidance on available parts, pricing, and compatibility.
- Job Cards: Raising job cards and processing orders for parts and ensuring accurate and timeous documentation and inventory management.
- Parts Ordering: Sourcing parts from suppliers, coordinating delivery timelines, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of orders.
- Sales Support: Proactively promoting parts sales, offering upselling opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
