We’re looking for an experienced Blender / Batch Maker to join a growing manufacturing team in Melbourne’s South-East.

If you have experience with batching, blending, ingredients or production processes and take pride in getting things right the first time, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in preparing and producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients

• Preparing and batching materials according to procedures

• Operating blending and processing equipment

• Monitoring production processes and equipment

• Performing quality checks throughout production

• Completing batch sheets and production records accurately

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas

• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements

• Identifying and reporting production or quality issues

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who is reliable, accurate and takes pride in their work.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in food, beverage, manufacturing or a similar environment

• Experience with batching, blending or production processes

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• A strong understanding of hygiene and quality requirements

• Good mechanical and technical aptitude

• The ability to follow procedures and production documentation

• A reliable, hardworking and can-do attitude

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A relevant food manufacturing qualification and LF Forklift Licence will be highly regarded.
