About the Role:
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meal services and meaningful engagement, helping them feel valued, comfortable and at home.
What You'll Bring:
A genuine passion for caring for older people
Previous aged care experience
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar (preferred or currently studying)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Should have full working rights
