Workshop Foreman (AF8253)

Our client, a reputable automotive service provider located in Wodonga, is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead their workshop team. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about automotive operations and team management.

As the Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities within the workshop, ensuring that all vehicle repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate team workflows, manage resources effectively, and maintain a productive and safe workshop environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of automotive technicians and mechanics.
• Scheduling and prioritizing work to meet customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Collaborating with management to enhance workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring quality control and resolving any operational issues promptly.
