Credit model BUILD & Analytics Specialist
MUST have built either Application scorecards OR ECL/IFRS9 - least 2 strategic model builds.

We’re looking for a Credit Risk Analytics & Modelling Specialist to help shape smarter credit decisions, strengthen portfolio performance and support responsible growth.
You’ll work across Risk, Finance, Technology and Portfolio teams, using your expertise in credit modelling, analytics and data to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do:-
BUILD, enhance and monitor credit risk models and scorecards.
Analyse lending strategies and policy changes to optimise risk-adjusted returns.
Develop and maintain ECL PD, EAD and LGD models.
Deliver risk dashboards, reporting and data solutions.
Lead ECL and provisioning analysis, including macroeconomic forecasting.
Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:-
Credit risk modelling experience within banking, credit, consulting or a similar environment.
YOU MUT have built 2-3 strategic models ECL/IFRS9. Not just LGD. This is KEY!!!!!
Exp Building Application Scorecards is a huge advantage.
Strong statistical and analytical capability.
Advanced SQL and Python skills.
Experience solving complex, ambiguous problems with data.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Consumer/SME credit risk, decisioning platforms, macroeconomic forecasting or lending lifecycle experience? Even better.
