DISPATCH & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
- Support daily operation of materials logistics function
- Manage truck rosters and scheduling
- Ensure compliance and timely processing of driver paperwork
Protech is currently seeking a motivated and organised Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to join our client on an ongoing basis. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the materials logistics function, ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance, and administration across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating material loads
- Managing truck rosters and scheduling
- Entering and reviewing driver paperwork, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing
- Reconciling material transfer dockets
- Managing external orders
- Supporting production compliance requirements
About You:
You will ideally have experience in logistics, transport scheduling and load allocation, along with a sound understanding of NHVR requirements and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations. However, we value attitude just as highly as experience. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
