About the role
The Administrative Officer plays an important role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of the SA Medical Imaging department. Providing efficient, professional and welcoming administrative support across all modalities, you will help ensure patients receive a positive experience from the moment they arrive. As a key member of the team, you will manage a range of administrative tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organisation and service.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will bring a warm, friendly and professional approach to every interaction. You will also build positive working relationships across the department, with other areas of the organisation, patients and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted communication link.
