Job title: Hairdresser - Specialist in Textured, Curly Hair and Scalp Care

Location: 114, Briggs Street, Welshpool Perth / Australia - 6106

Position type: Full time (38 hours)

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Washing, sterilising, and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure hygiene standards.
• Performing designated hair services, including colour applications, treatments, and a variety of styling techniques.
• Cutting hair with various techniques and tools under supervision.
• Apply basic hair treatments such as deep conditioning or scalp massages under supervision.
• Prepare and apply hair colour, treatments, and other products as directed.
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying restocking needs.
• Scheduling client appointments, processing payments, and providing aftercare product advice.
• Keep the salon clean and organized, including sweeping hair, sanitizing tools, and wiping down stations.
• Restock towels, hair products, and other necessary supplies.

Job requirements

• Certificate 4 in Hairdressing or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a Hairdresser.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Punctuality and organization in the workplace.

Salary: AUD 79,423 - 38 hours of work per week
