About the role:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload, including paediatric clients
• Conduct assessments, therapy, diagnosis, and reporting
• Deliver evidence-based intervention and client-centred care
• Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to innovation and service excellence in clinical programs

Requirements:

• Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain
• Clinical expertise and confidence managing a diverse and complex caseload
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
• A passion for working with families and clients of all ages, especially children
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
