About the role:
- Work across complex construction disputes, including adjudications, arbitrations and litigation.
- Be exposed to high-value matters across energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
- Draft pleadings, submissions and technical advice on construction law issues.
- Engage directly with clients, experts and counsel.
The ideal candidate:
- Have 5–6 years’ PQE with strong construction or commercial litigation experience.
- Have prior exposure to construction disputes, adjudications or major project work.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage matters autonomously.
