Our client is a well-established leader in their industry, known for great supportive culture and commitment to excellence. Following a period of significant growth, they are expanding their payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation offering great flexibility and within an ongoing temporary or permanent position.
The Role
As a Payroll Officer, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end processing of high-volume Payroll fortnightly and monthly
- Managing complex transactions including terminations, redundancies and onboarding
- Conducting payroll data analysis and reporting
- Completing end-of-month and end-of-period processes
- Work within a large team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar high-volume end to end payroll position
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation
- Advanced Excel skills and efficiency with payroll systems
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with keen attention to detail
