Help Shape Futures at our C&K centres

As one of our highly valued Relief employees at C&K, you’ll work alongside our permanent team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. You will be playing a crucial role in our centres by covering leave periods, programming, extended leave and lunch breaks and will use your skills, ideas and passion for education to help shape the future of children in our care.  

• Flexible hours and days, you control your availability 

• Work across childcare centres and kindergartens to gain experience across a variety of early childhood learning settings. 

• Educator/Inclusion Support Assistant: $36.85278 - $45.9862 per hour  

• Lead Educator: $50.18 per hour 

• Early Childhood Teacher shifts: $64.28 - $73.26 per hour

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!  

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, either a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). 

• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate 

• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. 

• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. 

• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
