We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fence Installer to join a great crew in Dandenong. If you know your way around a tape measure, power tools and a post hole — and you take pride in a job that’s straight, strong and built to last — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but you’ll be getting stuck into:

• Installing quality fencing includingColourbond and more
• Installing and building gates that are straight, secure and built to last
• Measuring, digging, levelling and assembling fencing
• Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
• Keeping work sites clean, organised and safe
• Working alongside a supportive team to deliver quality results
• Making sure every job is completed to a high standard

 What We're Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Previous fencing, construction or similar hands-on experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• A good level of physical fitness — this is an active role!
• A reliable, hardworking and can-do attitude
• Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
• A driver’s licence and reliable transport
• The ability to work well as part of a team

Got These Skills? Even Better!

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Automated gate installation experience
• Knowledge of fencing standards and regulations
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Confidence using apps or technology for job tracking
