The Role
Work in a high performance team environment to ensure the organisations most important transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable value.
Specifically this includes:
-partner with the business to identify and quantify value opportunities
-own the end to end transformation framework, driving consistency and transparency
-provide insights on risks and opportunities
-lead continuous improvement on the programs tracking tools and reporting processes
-develop KPI's, targets and performance measures
-reporting and forecasting to ELT
The Person
-Degree in finance, economics or related discipline
-5 + years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business performance or consulting
-prior experience supporting transformation or business improvement initiatives
-strong analytical skills
-translate data into clear insights
-excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
