About the role:
As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio while working within a well-supported, pod-based team structure.
With dedicated support around you, you'll be able to focus on building strong client relationships, managing your portfolio effectively and continuing to develop at a senior level.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 commercial properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing lease renewals, transfers and general tenancy matters
• Coordinating maintenance alongside dedicated internal support
• Managing arrears and general portfolio administration
• Managing tribunal matters where required
• Ensuring properties and leases remain compliant with relevant legislation
• Working closely with leasing, administration and maintenance teams
• Contributing to the wider team and supporting strong portfolio performance

About you:
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and wants to continue progressing their career.
Ideally, you will have:

• 4+ years experience in Commercial Property Management
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and relevant property legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• An interest in progressing into leadership
• A current Agent's Representative Certificate
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
