The Role
- Managing day-to-day relationships with owners, committees and contractors
- Preparing and attending strata meetings
- Handling maintenance, repairs and building issues
- Managing budgets, levies and financial requirements
- Coordinating insurance matters and claims
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Liaising with trades and service providers
- Handling owner and committee enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing professional advice and support to your portfolio
About You
- Has previous strata management experience!!
- Can confidently manage a portfolio independently
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is proactive, professional and client-focused
- Wants a long-term role with genuine flexibility
- Values work-life balance without compromising on career
