Automototive F&I Manager

For Finance & Insurance Manager and F&I Specialist to optimize customer financing solutions for a well-established automotive dealership. A Permanent Full-Time position within a reputable dealer committed to excellence.

• Requires: Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance or a similar role.
• Salary guide: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum.
• Location: Northern Victoria.

Your normal day will involve:

• Consulting with customers to understand their financial needs and recommending appropriate finance and insurance packages.
• Preparing and processing finance applications efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and other financial partners.
• Educating customers on the benefits of available finance and insurance options, ensuring transparency.
• Supporting the sales team with after-sales finance and insurance-related inquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and dealership policies.
• Generating reports on finance and insurance performance metrics.
