We are seeking a capable and commercially minded Construction Operations & Business Associate to join our growing piling and civil construction business.
This is a diverse role suited to an experienced construction professional who can combine hands-on industry knowledge with strong leadership, commercial awareness and operational judgement.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating site activities, assisting with business performance and identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and overall project outcomes.
You will work closely with management, supervisors and site teams to ensure operations are well coordinated, risks are appropriately managed and projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
