Roster and Conditions
- 8 days on / 6 days off roster – dayshift only (initially)
- DIDO from Karratha / Port Hedland

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of HD Mechanics and servicepersons
- Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
- Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
- Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet of D11 dozers, 830E & 793 Dump Trucks, EX5600 Excavators, 24M Graders, WA1200 Loaders and 785 & 777 Water Trucks
- Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy
What You'll Need
- Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
- S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- HR driver’s licence preferred
- Strong working knowledge of CAT surface mobile equipment
- Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
- Clean shaven or willing to wear a PAPR mask as required
