Inside Sales Support Specialist - Hybrid | North Sydney
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support professional to join a collaborative team supporting partners and mid-market sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales support, lead qualification, customer engagement, or account coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads and determine suitability for progression to the sales team.
- Conduct outbound calling and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide quoting, sales administration, and coordination support to Partners, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Client Managers.
- Act as a key liaison between Partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and general sales support requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, business development, account coordination, or channel sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
