Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities, expand our customer base, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth across our print and branded solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and drive sales and marketing strategies to support business growth, optimise product offerings, and achieve revenue targets.
2.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to assess market potential and guide decisions on target markets, customer segments, and sales priorities.
3.Generate new business and expand the customer base across print, promotional products, apparel, signage, and branded solutions, while developing effective sales channels and market coverage.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high service standards, competitive pricing, and solutions that meet customer requirements.
5.Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness, market presence, and customer engagement.
6.Monitor sales performance, pricing, and market conditions, while managing budgets and resources to support commercial targets and business priorities.
7.Lead and support the sales and marketing team, coordinating sales activities and working with internal departments and external partners to deliver tailored solutions and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
1.At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, business development, or a similar commercial management role.
2.Strong knowledge of sales and marketing, with experience in the print, promotional products, apparel, signage, or related industries preferred.
3.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and business partners.
5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and commercial skills with a results-driven approach.
6.Ability to identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop practical solutions that support business growth.
