As the business continues to expand and maintain its high standards of food quality and service, Kickin’ Inn is in need of skilled and qualified Cooks to support its busy kitchen operations.

Location: 477 Boundary St, Spring Hill QLD 4000, Australia

Salary: $78,000-$83,000 AUD

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to Kickin’ Inn’s recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in planning and organising kitchen operations and daily food preparation
  • Ensure all dishes are presented consistently and meet portion, taste, and presentation expectations
  • Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and inventory to minimise waste
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
  • Support kitchen team members and maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods
  • Comply with food safety and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and maintaining brand consistency
