Contracts Administrator

Contract Administrator – $160k–$190k Location: 20 minutes North of the River | Perth
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded construction business with a strong pipeline of work.
With projects ranging from $20m to $100m, this role offers genuine diversity across a range of sectors, including:

• Education
• Commercial & Industrial
• Multi-level Apartments
• Health

You will be working as part of an experienced project team, managing the commercial and contractual aspects of major construction projects from start through to completion.
About YouWe are looking for a Contract Administrator who has a strong commercial understanding and a proven track record working on medium to large-scale construction projects.
You will ideally have:

• Strong experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
• Experience working on projects from $20m+
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
• Excellent contract administration and commercial knowledge
• The ability to manage variations, progress claims, procurement and contract negotiations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with project teams and subcontractors
• A stable career history and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully
