    About the Role

    As a Psychologist, you will:

    • Manage a predominantly paediatric caseload (ages 0–15 years)
    • Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), developmental concerns, and other disabilities
    • Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
    • Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each child and family's goals
    • Work within a holistic, family-centred model of care
    • Collaborate closely with parents, carers, educators, and other professionals
    • Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
    • Contribute to collaborative care planning with allied health and holistic health practitioners
    • Have opportunities to contribute to service development and innovation
    • Primarily work from the clinic, with occasional outreach to schools, homes, and regional communities

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • A tertiary qualification in Psychology
    • Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
    • Experience working with children and families (preferred)
    • Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
    • A current Australian Driver's Licence
    • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
    • A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and family-centred practice
    • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • A passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
