Contract site supervisor required for a commercial residential project in western Sydney.
Your new company:Youll be joining a respected commercial builder on a large scale highrise residential project in Western Sydney. Known for delivering quality outcomes and maintaining longstanding client relationships. With the major highrise residential project now entering the finishing stages, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to drive quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Your new role:
As the Site Supervisor overseeing finishing works, you will manage daytoday site operations across internal fitout and final presentation stages. You will coordinate trades, monitor progress, uphold safety standards, and ensure workmanship meets project specifications. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising finishing trades across apartments, common areas, and amenities
Managing daily site activities, toolbox talks, and safety compliance
Reviewing quality of works and driving defect resolution
Coordinating subcontractors and sequencing works to meet program milestones
Liaising with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and client representatives
Maintaining site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
This role is critical to achieving a highquality handover and ensuring the project meets its delivery targets.
What youll need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highrise residential or commercial projects
Strong finishing works background across fitout, joinery, services, and final presentation
Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and programs
A proactive approach to safety, quality, and problemsolving
White Card and relevant trade or construction qualifications
