Pedy property Services is seeking a dynamic, creative and career focused individual to join our growing team on full-time basis. This position provides a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator looking to develop their skills to further.

You will ensure tasks assigned are carried out in a timely fashion, to a high standard and within company policies and industry guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will have:

·Sound knowledge of contract administration, compliance requirements and problem-solving techniques.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property or contract management systems, with strong analytical skills.

·Proactive, customer-focused and professional, with the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Main Duties

·Prepare, review, negotiate and administer contracts with contractors, suppliers, maintenance providers and service contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

·Manage contract documentation, including agreements, variations, extensions, insurance certificates, licences and supporting records, maintaining accurate contract registers.

·Coordinate with Property Managers, landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants and service providers to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and property services are delivered efficiently.

·Respond to enquiries relating to contracts, maintenance agreements and service delivery, resolving contractual issues and facilitating timely outcomes for all stakeholders.

·Monitor contractor performance, assess completed works, manage contract variations and report on progress, costs and compliance with agreed service standards.

·Prepare work orders, review contractor quotations, obtain approvals, and ensure all contractual documentation is completed before works commence.

·Advise senior management on contractual risks, compliance matters, procurement issues and opportunities to improve operational efficiency, implementing approved decisions.

·Prepare reports, contract summaries, tender evaluations and management submissions relating to property maintenance, capital works and service provider performance.

·Collect, analyse and maintain contract, expenditure and contractor performance data, providing regular reports to support budgeting, forecasting and operational decision-making.

·Assist in procurement activities by obtaining quotations, evaluating supplier submissions, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating contract renewals.

·Ensure all contractors comply with workplace health and safety, insurance, licensing and regulatory obligations before and during the delivery of services.

·Maintain effective relationships with contractors, owners, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of maintenance, repairs and property improvement projects.

Qualification

Academic Qualification

·At least a Diploma level qualification related to the field

·At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

Experience

·Previous experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience
