Capstone is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of the landmark development in Epping
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing developer-builder, working on a high-profile mixed-use precinct.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in the commercial management of a large residential development. Ensuring strong financial control and smooth contract administration across all stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, letting, and administration
- Prepare and assess progress claims, variations, and final accounts
- Assist with cost planning, forecasting, and budget management
- Review and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Support the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
About You
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within a builder or developer-builder
- Experience working on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
