The Role
You will be working as part of an experienced site team carrying out a variety of concreting tasks across active construction sites. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may range from assisting with general concrete labour through to supervising crews and coordinating pours.
The company welcomes applicants with minimal experience who are eager to learn, as well as experienced concreters and supervisors seeking stable work on major projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and curing.
- Set up formwork and reinforcement prior to pours where required.
- Operate tools and equipment used in concreting works.
- Screeding, levelling, and finishing concrete surfaces.
- Maintain site safety standards and follow supervisor instructions.
- For senior roles: supervise crews, coordinate work schedules, and oversee quality control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in concreting or construction (preferred but not essential for junior roles).
- Construction White Card.
- Own reliable transport.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Leadership experience for leading hand or supervisor positions.
