Community Facilities Officer
- Support the day-to-day operation of community facilities.

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Community Facilities Officer on behalf of Ballina Shire Council.
This is a diverse and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of Council's community facilities, including the Ballina Indoor Sports Centre, Alstonville Cultural Centre and Lennox Head Cultural Centre. You'll provide outstanding customer service, manage bookings and administration, assist with events and programs, and help ensure facilities are welcoming, clean, and ready for community use.
About You
You will bring:
- Strong customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and corporate systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to assist with facility setup, pack-down and light cleaning duties
- A current Class C Driver Licence.
