Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the property management team
• Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate property records, and preparing reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and maintenance activities
• Handle tenant inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Support the team with general office duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field
• A property manager's license, preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
