Commercial Portfolio Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day performance of a commercial and retail property portfolio
• Driving asset value through strategic planning, budgeting and financial oversight
• Building strong relationships with owners, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Overseeing maintenance, compliance, risk management and operational performance
• Preparing client reports, forecasts and performance insights
• Working closely with leasing, marketing and finance teams to optimise portfolio outcomes

What you'll need:

• Experience managing commercial, retail or mixed-use property portfolios
• Strong financial, budgeting and reporting capabilities
• Sound knowledge of leasing, property operations and compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
• Relevant property qualifications and current real estate registration
