Hays Trades & Labour is partnering with a range of leading commercial plumbing contractors across Melbourne who have secured ongoing work across commercial construction, mechanical services, maintenance, education, healthcare, data centres and large-scale infrastructure projects.Due to increased project demand, we are seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers for immediate starts on a variety of ongoing opportunities.
Your new role
You will be working across a mixture of:

• Commercial new build construction projects
• Mechanical plumbing installations
• HVAC pipework and plant room fit-outs
• Copper, carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe installation
• Drainage, sanitary and trade waste systems
• Maintenance and service work across commercial facilities
• Fit-off, commissioning and defect rectification
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Working alongside builders, mechanical contractors and project teams

What you'll need to succeed
Victorian Plumbing Registration or LicenceCommercial plumbing experienceOverseas Plumbing QualificationMechanical plumbing experience highly regardedWhite CardAbility to read plans and work autonomouslyStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipExcellent communication and teamwork skills
