If you’re an experienced Commercial Electrician looking for your next long-term opportunity, we currently have multiple permanent positions available with established and growing electrical contractors

We’re looking for:

• Commercial Maintenance Electrician – suited to someone who enjoys fault finding, breakdowns, preventative maintenance and variety.
• Commercial Construction/Project Electrician – suited to someone with strong commercial installation experience who enjoys project-based work, upgrades and new installations.

With a strong portfolio of existing clients and a growing pipeline of upcoming projects, both positions offer stability, plenty of work and opportunities to develop your experience across commercial and industrial environments.
We’re also interested in hearing from Solar & Battery Electricians looking to broaden their experience beyond residential installations and move into larger commercial, industrial and renewable-energy projects.

The Roles

Commercial Maintenance Electrician

You could be working across:

• Planned and reactive commercial maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
• Breakdown response and repairs
• Preventative maintenance programs
• Switchboard upgrades and modifications
• Commercial and industrial maintenance
• Agricultural electrical systems
• Regional DIDO work where required

This role will suit an Electrician who can confidently walk onto a commercial site, assess an issue and work through the problem independently.

Commercial Construction/Project Electrician

Your work could include:

• Commercial electrical installations
• New construction and project work
• Electrical upgrades and refurbishments
• Switchboard installations and upgrades
• Cable installation, containment and termination
• Commercial and industrial fit-outs
• Larger electrical infrastructure projects
• Solar PV and battery projects where applicable
• Regional project work where required

This position would suit someone with a strong commercial construction background who enjoys working across different projects rather than being tied to one type of installation.

About You

Depending on the position, we’re looking for Electricians with:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence
• Current driver's licence
• Commercial electrical experience
• Strong fault-finding skills for the maintenance position
• Strong installation and project experience for the construction position
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Experience across industrial electrical, solar, batteries or renewable energy would also be highly regarded.

Additional tickets or qualifications such as Battery Accreditation, ARCtick, Working at Heights or EWP will be viewed favourably.
