Work Hours: FT/PT, 38hrs/week

Salary: A generous base salary + super + salary packaging

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our client is a mobile speech pathology practice that services all of Metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong. They work with clients from ages 7 up to and including aged care in order to increase their functional participation and quality of life through evidence based practice and positive passion.

As a clinical lead, you will use your skills to support and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists to provide a high-quality service to clients of all ages. Responsible for team’s personal development, KPIs, team meeting, shadowing, and more.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualification in Speech Pathology
• 10 years of experience as a Speechie
• NDIS, Leadership and Clinical experience
• Passion for improving the quality of life for children and/or adults with disability
