Client Relationship Coordinator
Our Client specialises in offering solutions to their customers around storage systems. They are looking to expand their team further by engaging an individual who genuinely enjoys talking to people whilst offering strong administrative and systems based skills.
In this role, you will help identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers and building relationships with new and existing clients. Some days you will be on the phone or researching companies and contacts and other days you will be following up conversations that have the potential to become long-term customer relationships or creating Quotes for the Sales Team.
This isn't a high-pressure sales environment, but you need to be confident in starting conversations, enjoy learning about different businesses and have the persistence to follow up when needed by setting tasks for future engagement.
Essentially you will bring:
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Strong computer skills including the capacity to learn new systems
- Availability to work from an office environment
- A current Driver License and reliable transport
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or account management would be highly regarded
