Client Manager - Officer

Join a leading global bank's Commercial Banking team supporting multinational corporate clients across Cash Management and Foreign Exchange solutions. In this client-facing role, you will manage onboarding, KYC reviews, account opening processes and ongoing relationship support for a portfolio of international subsidiaries.

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career banking professional looking to gain exposure to commercial banking, global transaction services and multinational client relationship management. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service while ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, KYC reviews and account opening requirements.
• Support and maintain relationships with a portfolio of multinational corporate clients.
• Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Assist with credit-related administration, renewals and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across cash management and FX products.
• Ensure client records and regulatory documentation remain accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years' experience in banking, cash management or financial services.
• Exposure to client onboarding, KYC, account opening or client servicing activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Client-focused approach with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
