Cleaning Supervisor | Perth Station
We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night shift cleaning operations across Perth's rail network.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support your team, manage daily operations, and ensure stations are clean, safe, and ready for the morning commute.
The Details
Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Start and finish at Perth Station, servicing stations along the Armadale Line
Weekly Pay: $1,550
Contract: Permanent full time contract fixed until 31/07/27 - with possible extention
Start date: ASAP
Roster: Sunday to Thursday night from 22:00 to 05:30
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a team of cleaners
Ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard
Conducting inspections and quality checks
Communicating with management and team members
Driving a company van between locations as required
Helping keep Perth's stations clean, safe and presentable
What You'll Bring
Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
Full WA Driver's Licence
Ability and confidence to drive the company van
Reliable, organised and able to lead by example
