Cleaning, Laundry & Catering Assistant

We’re looking for dedicated Cleaning, Laundry & Catering Assistant to join the team at Zion Aged Care Service in Nundah. Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment making a real difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring they feel at home and cared for.
Location: Nundah – QLD
Employment Type: Casual roles
Remuneration: $35.04 - $38.22 /hr (includes 25% Casual loading) + Super + Benefits - Salary Packaging (up to $15,990)
About You:
- You have experience working as a Cleaner/ Laundry Assistant/ Kitchen Hand in an aged care service, or similar.
- Your compassion and commitment to supporting respectful and effective services to our residents will be greatly appreciated.
- You are ready to build on your skills and work alongside the team to make a truly great environment for our residents.
About The Role:
- Meals are tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents, contributing to overall wellbeing and comfort
- Developing personal connections with residents, and understanding their likes and dislikes, enhances the resident experience- your interactions can make their day!
- Assist with kitchen and meal service duties
- Keep living spaces clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Wash, fold, and distribute linen and clothing
