This role will be working within a Youth Detention centre in the Brisbane area.The role is working Monday to Friday with the possibility for weekend work. The role will be working between the kitchen, working as a kitchenhand and for the afternoon working as a cleaner, cleaning the facilities or working in laundry.

Your role is to perform cleaning tasks utilising a range of materials and equipment to clean various surfaces and maintain facilities in a safe and hygienic condition.

Valid working with Children's Card Blue cardCurrent National police checkFood Safety certificateA strong work ethic, including the ability to work autonomously, or as part of a teamDemonstrated experience in providing cleaning services in accordance with a service standardFamiliarity with and previous use of a range of materials and equipment to clean surfaces, site areas and maintain clean and hygienic conditions in work areaEnsuring the delivery of quality servicesThe ability to work under pressure, including an eye for detail
