Connect People are seeking experienced Civil Labourers & Operators for a major roads project commencing in the Ararat, VIC region.

Who we're looking for:
- Civil Labourers – Experienced and site-ready
- Civil Operators – Excavator, Roller, Loader, Backhoe, Moxy, Dump Truck, Grader, Skid Steer, EWP & more [must be ticketed]
- Leading Hands
- Electrical Spotters
- Rigger/Dogman
- Peggys
- HR / MR Drivers & Truck Operators
- Other experienced civil / road workers
What you'll require:
- White Card
- Police Check (current or be willing to obtain)
- Current & valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Relevant tickets and licences for your role
- Proven experience working in civil construction or infrastructure
- A strong focus on safety and following site procedures
- Reliability, a solid work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
