Reliable, useful on site and a good communicator? We want to hear from you. Next Level Consulting Solutions is looking for Civil Labourers for ongoing and upcoming work across South East Queensland.

We value open and honest communication Things happen. You might be running late, have an issue on site, make a mistake or simply be unsure about something. What does that mean?
Nothing in work or life is guaranteed, but there are plenty of ways we have helped good people who work with us:

• Help you gain tickets and upskill into better roles

The work Depending on the project, your work could include:

• Assisting with stormwater, sewer and water installations
• Spotting excavators and other machinery
• Rolling out and setting up geofabric
• Trenching, digging and backfilling
• Assisting pipelayers and operators
• Using compactors, concrete saws and other small plant
• Moving pipes, materials and equipment
• Concrete works, site preparation and general civil labouring

We're not expecting everyone to know everything.

What we want is someone wholistens, gets involved, sees what needs doing and is willing to learn.

All you need is a White Card and reliable transport to get yourself to work.
Civil construction experience is valuable, but so are attitude, reliability and communication. If you say you're going to be there, be there. If something changes, call us. If you're unsure, ask.
