Join a Major Regional Infrastructure Project

Mumpara Industries is seeking experienced Dogmen / Civil Labourers and Excavator operators to join a major water infrastructure project in the Deniliquin and Riverina region of NSW.

Working alongside one of Australia's leading infrastructure contractors, successful applicants will be involved in the construction of large-scale water control structures, drainage systems, concrete infrastructure and associated civil works.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term project work with strong hours, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to contribute to a significant piece of regional infrastructure.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Dogging and directing crane lifts
• Assisting crane and lifting operations
• General civil labouring duties
• Assisting formwork, concrete and drainage crews
• Spotting plant and underground services
• Installing pipework and drainage components
• Assisting with excavation and backfilling activities
• Manual handling and site housekeeping
• Working safely around heavy mobile plant and equipment
• Supporting multiple work fronts as project requirements change

What We're Looking For

To be successful you will ideally possess:

• Current Dogman (DG) High Risk Licence
• Construction White Card
• Previous civil construction experience
• Experience working around cranes and lifting operations
• Ability to read and understand lift plans and directions
• Strong commitment to safety
• Physically fit and capable of manual labouring duties
• Reliable transport and ability to work extended hours when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across all aspects of the project

Highly Regarded

The following will be advantageous:

• Basic Rigging Licence
• Excavator, Loader or Skid Steer Tickets
• Traffic Control Tickets
• Confined Space
• Working at Heights
• First Aid
• Service Locating or Spotter Tickets
• Experience on water infrastructure, pipeline or major civil projects
