C&H Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Batch Mixers / Chemical Plant Operators to join a leading manufacturing company located in the Mt Druitt / Penrith area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing manufacturer.
What's on Offer
- $39.00 per hour + applicable penalties
- Monday to Friday roster
- 5am - 1:30pm shifts
- Regular overtime available

Key Responsibilities
- Batch preparation, mixing and blending of products in accordance with recipes and specifications
- Measuring, weighing and transferring raw materials
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Filling, packaging and palletising finished products
- Completing production records, batch documentation and quality checks
- Safe forklift operation to move raw materials and finished goods
- General housekeeping, cleaning and preventative maintenance
About You
- Previous batch mixing, manufacturing, production, or chemical processing experience (desirable)
- Current LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
- Ability to accurately follow recipes, procedures, and work instructions
- Good mathematical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks (up to 25kg)
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work overtime when required
