Your Responsibilities:
- Cook meals to precise menu specifications and portion guidelines.
- Ensure the highest standard of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor wastage and manage portion control.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen teams.
- Uphold cleanliness and follow HACCP standards.
- Contribute to safety and quality documentation.
The Must-Haves:
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Proficiency with knives and high-output kitchen experience.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.
- Ability to maintain quality under pressure.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate rotational rosters.
