Join a major finance transformation program supporting the roll-out of a new enterprise finance system. Working alongside an experienced Change Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering change activities that support successful user adoption, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across a Finance systems transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst with Finance ERP project experience who enjoys working across communications, impact assessments, training and stakeholder engagement. Experience working on projects across the delivery of large scale ERP systems including SAP or Oracle Fusion, will be highly regarded for this role. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact assessments and support change planning
• Develop communications, engagement and business readiness activities
• Prepare stakeholder communications and change collateral
• Support learning needs analysis and training activities
• Assist with the delivery of adoption and transition activities
• Identify change risks, resistance and mitigation strategies
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and Experience:

• You'll bring experience supporting digital transformation projects, ideally involving ERP or finance systems.
• Experience as a Change Analyst or Change Consultant on technology or business transformation programs
• Experience delivering change for ERP, finance systems or enterprise technology implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience undertaking change impact assessments and business readiness activities
• Experience supporting communications, training and user adoption
• Excellent analytical, organisational and documentation skills
• Government or large enterprise experience is highly regarded

Highly regarded

• SAP Finance, Oracle Fusion or similar Finance ERP implementation experience
• Finance systems implementation experience
• Prosci, Change Management or related certification
• Experience supporting organisational change within Government departments or complex organisations.
