Your Role as Centre Director: As the Centre Director, you'll be at the heart of our centre's success. You will:
- Lead with Vision: Inspire and drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance our services.
- Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive.
- Recruitment & Succession Planning: Attract, develop, and retain top talent while planning for the future leadership of your centre.
- Manage Agency Spend: Oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring that our centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.
- Effective Rostering: Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor your team, empowering them to reach their full potential.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Experience as a Centre Director and experience in a similar Leadership capacity
- Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Foundations of Child Safety Training - mandatory
- Working with Children Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
