About the role

Responsible for the development, teaching and assessment of TAFE programs at Corrections facilities in the Barwon Southwest or Grampians region.

You will:

  • conduct assessments within Corrections related programs;

  • develop innovative learning activities and assessment strategies;

  • use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies; and

  • prepare, deliver and administer vocational training and education programs.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

  • a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;

  • possession of a vocational qualification relevant to the trade;

  • vocational experience with the ability to plan, prepare, deliver and assess training programs;

  • exemplary communication and interpersonal skills; and

  • ability to effectively utilise online learning platforms and technologies.
