Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:
- Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
- Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
- A love for your work and for the industry
- A minimum Cert 3 (or equivalent)
- Immediate availability
- The right to work within Australia
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
- Uniform: Traditional White Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
