About the Role
Join our close-knit team at Aranda House as a Case Manager, guiding residents through recovery, building genuine relationships, and helping them build life skills and relapse prevention plans in a structured Therapeutic Community.
Duties
- Guide residents through their daily program, from morning handover to evening wind-down
- Design and deliver individual treatment and relapse prevention plans
- Manage resident intake, induction, and ongoing case reviews
- Facilitate group therapy, community meetings, and cultural programs
- Support residents with practical next steps like housing and job applications
Skills & Experience
- Case management experience, including direct client support and multidisciplinary teamwork
- Solid grasp of AOD recovery principles, harm minimisation, and client-centred practice
- Motivational Interviewing skills and confidence facilitating group therapy and community meetings
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate, and eligible for NT Ochre Card

- Competitive salary of $101,453 – $110,440 plus super and salary packaging up to $15,900
